If you are having problems with this, the most useful thing for me is to work on affirmations, but not on the typical affirmations you'll see out there eg: "I am organised" because my conscious mind debates them so much it's like - no your not - all the time. A better way to do this is using questions so your conscious and subconscious mind stop debating and work together to try to find an answer eg: how are you so organised? Just try it, I'm sure it will help you too
