Chew
It’s important to chew the food well in the mouth until it’s like a cream, chew each bite between 20 and 30 times before swallowing. For me this is super hard specially when it’s yummy so what’s useful for me is to put small portions in the mouth. This in addition to helping you lose weight, has incredible benefits for the whole body.

Stress management
If you’re highly stressed all the time your body is going to have a hard time losing weight. A hormone called cortisol is released in response to stress that releases adrenaline that releases blood glucose = sugar that does not burn and accumulates in the body. We don’t want cortisol around all-day - It’s a No hormone if you want to lose weight.

Good sleep
Is crucial to lose those extra kilos and if you’re not sleeping well it’s playing against you and it’s actually helping you gain weight.
A small change that can help you a lot, is to have a bedtime routine, for go to bed and get up at the same time every day, if you set an alarm to go to bed it will be much easier.

Walk
Not only does walking burn fat and extra calories with minimal effort, it also helps you clear your mind and be more relaxed. I try to do this every day and it really helps me disconnect from daily nonsense.
